Guided by a heart for service and a vision centered on fostering independence and community inclusion, the Watsons recognized the need for a supportive, person-centered residential program where every individual is respected, valued, and empowered to thrive.
Serenity Source Residential is licensed through the Department of Social Services and Community Care Licensing. Shawnice holds an administrator certification and DSP I and II credentials. With over six years of hands-on experience in the field of disability services, she brings both professional expertise and a personal passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care. Marcus brings over 15 years of experience in business management, contributing strategic leadership and operational insight to the organization. Together, they are committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where residents can grow, achieve personal goals, and lead fulfilling lives.
